Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the jl616 platform. By accessing jl616 and placing any wager or game action, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
All jl616 players must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Attempts to hold multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or shared devices — are a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and real-money balances subject to review before any refund is processed.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jl616 will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify jl616 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.1 Verification Requirement. jl616 is obligated under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals or upon request. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a UMID, Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) and may require additional supporting documents such as proof of address or a source of funds declaration.
3.2 Timing. jl616 recommends completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid delays in future withdrawals. jl616 may, at its discretion, request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or at the request of PAGCOR.
3.3 Refusal of Unverified Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC will be withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed. jl616 assumes no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or pending KYC documentation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl616 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment methods available may change without notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, although high-value deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence review.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Verified Accounts requesting GCash or Maya withdrawals may expect processing within 5 to 30 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. jl616 reserves the right to extend processing times for security review or KYC purposes.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits using payment accounts registered to persons other than the Account holder are not permitted. jl616 reserves the right to investigate and freeze Accounts where payment inconsistencies are detected, pending satisfactory explanation.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the jl616 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl616 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment providers.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by jl616 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is thirty-five times (35×) the bonus amount. Wagers on games with an RTP above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jl616 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, and syndicated abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to Account suspension.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
5.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jl616 and its affiliated operators are not eligible to participate in promotions.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the jl616 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, sports betting markets, bingo, and crash games — operate under independently tested and certified systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical, real-time events (cards, wheels, dice) and are not computer-generated. Slot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is considered accepted when confirmed by the jl616 system and a corresponding transaction reference is generated. In the event of a system or display error, jl616 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
6.3 Sports Betting Markets. Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play betting odds are particularly dynamic and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Settled results are based on official competition results as recognized by jl616 at time of settlement.
6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding game or betting outcomes, jl616's records and system logs constitute the primary source of truth. Players may raise disputes within thirty (30) days of the event in question by contacting jl616 support. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl616 Platform and will result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
8.1 Entertainment Purpose. The jl616 Platform is intended solely as a form of paid entertainment. jl616 does not represent gambling as a source of income or a financial strategy. All casino games carry a house edge; no player can be guaranteed a positive return over time.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl616 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds arising from unauthorized Account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security of credentials; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (c) losses arising from internet service disruptions, device failures, or third-party payment provider errors.
10.3 jl616's total liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 By jl616. jl616 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time for: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity; (c) failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe after request; (d) chargebacks or payment reversals; or (e) any direction received from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority.
11.2 Funds on Termination. Where an Account is terminated for cause (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited activity), all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from improper conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jl616 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method, provided KYC has been completed and no outstanding investigations are active.
jl616 collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jl616.app/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. jl616 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Disclosure to regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, is made where required by law.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and jl616, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jl616's internal complaints process. Complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. jl616 will acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve them within fourteen (14) calendar days.
13.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures.
13.4 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
jl616 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl616 will notify active players via the registered email address or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR direction or applicable law. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure.
